Pilates for Parkinson’s

Start Date:  Thursday 5th November

Time: Doors open 2.45 p.m. session starts 3.00 p.m.

Place: Hanchurch Village Hall, 126 Whitmore Rd, Hanchurch Crossroad, Hanchurch, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Newcastle ST5 4DG

Cost: £7 for each person exercising, including a hot drink and a biscuit afterwards.

Please bring your own mat if you can, but there will be some mats available to borrow.

Please bring a small cushion or pillow with you if you can.

While there is room, Parkinson’s Assistants are welcome to pay and join in, but those with Parkinson’s will take precedence as numbers grow.

The exercise session will last 45 minutes, with refreshments available afterwards.
